I hooked up my accelerator to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

Spy Shots: V6 engine from the 2010 Chevy Camaro
From the pictures, it seems to be GM’s 3.6 liter V6 with direct-injection technology found in the 2008 Cadillac CTS that produces 304-hp. It would be nice to see the Pontiac G8 GT’s 6.0L V8 producing 361hp or or the G8 GXP’s 6.2 liter V8 engine producing 402hp as well.

With the recent, and probably long-lasting gasoline price increases, the next spy shots we get of the Camaro's engine bay will have the ecotech 2.0 liter turbo residing inside.

Try the 1.6L E-Tech II from the Aveo. They'd rename it the Chevy Caveo, and slap some 10" steelies on it.

The sucky thing is they're probably going to de-tune the V6 a little bit so people have a better reason to go for the more expensive V8. Who would get a gas guzzling V8 if you could get a 300+ hp V6?

True. But the PushRod V8 has class leading MPG, but by 2010 most will opt for the V6. I am hoping the V6 pushes at least 300BHP and not dummied down. Only way to be competitive.
