Suzuki stops producing the XL7 SUV… for the moment

Suzuki announced that it will stop producing vehicles in North America this year, which means that the Suzuki XL7 SUV will no longer be produced.
The CAMI plant will still produce the Chevy Equinox and Pontiac Torrent. “It is an America-specific model,” says Suzuki’s Hideo Kojima. “But since the subprime loan problem, that segment has been hit the hardest. So we decided to suspend it.”
