So can anyone predict how much percentage raise in crime rate there will be once this is all over Pennsylvania. I dont have a problem with electric motors, but when criminals are speed as fast as they can. Cops need the car to match the speed and durability to withstand impact. Electric motor? hmmm..... Ill feel safer with a Charger SRT police cruiser :D

Perhaps they will also install hand-cranked generators behind the front seats and handcuff prisoners to them to generate extra power while driving them to their destination. The Connellsville Police Department has gone too far to make a green political statement. What a waste of taxpayers' money.

You guys need to get a clue on the current state of electric power. This is not about a set of duracells you pop into your remote. Go down to your local Home Depot, put a 36 volt LiPoly-powered Dewalt rotary hammer to your head and tell me if electric is weak.

Or would you rather we just stay in the stone age and keep buying the oil so Dubai can keep building the highest skyskcrapers in the world?
