The new Alfa Romeo 149 - The Ford Focus Rival

The question is how accurate is Auto Express. It looks like someone just took a photoshop of the Mito,added a rear door and changed the tailights.I'm not convinced this is accurate although it does not look bad.

It looks like it carries the MiTo's theme, but it's easy to spot the differences IMO. I'm actually kind of sad that they're all going to end up looking like this--the 8C is stunning but so are the rest of the current Alfas. The old design direction and the new one are both very attractive but there's something about the old one that screams "SEX" that this one doesn't have.

s4 i totally have to disagree with you on this i personally thing that this is a beautiful 4 door hatch and it does scream sexy if they brought it over to the states i would definetly purchase one as their closest competitor is the vw golf. sexy hatch it is

It's OK but I think that while this kind of styling suits the 8C it's less stunning in the mainstream cars and definitely not as smack-in-the-face gorgeous as the current 159/Brera. When I replace my Brera in 3 years, I'll probably have to think twice if it's replacement is styled like this.
