They Can't Be Serious
Who can spot the error HowStuffWorks has made?  For something that was put near the top of their list, they sure don't know too much about the "greatest car ever".

The NSX was it's main inspiration because Honda was the engine supplier for the Mclaren Formula 1 team.
And the Mclaren F1 never suffered from heating isseus.

oh, I don't know, I'd say that 6.1L 627hp BMW-sourced V12 was pretty amazing. Hell, it'd be a marvel today, let alone 16 years ago. Let's see, 103hp/L naturally aspirated (ask Mercedes how difficult that is to do -- the 65-Series AMG cars even today need twin turbos to make that much power out of 6.0L), quickest car ever produced, fastest top speed of any production car, etc. Yeah, that sucky BMW engine sure did hold the car back.
