So you want to buy a luxury car but don’t want to end up spending more than $50,000? Check out Forbes list of the Top 10 best luxury cars costing $50,000 or less. Forbespoints out the luxury automakers are targeting young professionals with high-paying jobs and are looking to transition into a luxury vehicles.
“You are treating yourself with these vehicles,” says Stephanie Brinley, senior manager of product analysis at AutoPacific, a market research firm covering the auto industry. “It is reaching a level of maturity.”

I agree. You've got to have the CTS on this list. Where is the G35? The IS250? C'mon. The A3? I like that car, but it doesn't really compete with these. And I'm happy to see an American vehicle there, although there should be two (with CTS).

French wine cuban cigars itialin leather Americans are so shallolw to think that forign things are better. Wheres the Buik Enclavehich beets the lexus easily where is the all new Cadilac Cts which is Motor Trends Car of the year. Sorry this list is very questionable.

ever notice that the new buicks have waaaaaay too much chrome on them? (lacrosse, lucerne, etc.) chrome fest!

This list is a bit odd to me as well. Where's the G35/37? I am happy to see a Saab get a little respect!!!
In my opinion, I don't get all the hype over the CTS. Like most American cars, it will look dated in 2-3 years....

Wow what kind of list is this.
I thought the cap was 50k. Only 2 cars are over 40k.
They could have done much better than this.
Maybe gas mileage was a factor? Nope then the M35 wouldn't be up there...
I just don't get it.
