It's back! The one and only ORIGINAL Top Gear has returned to the BBC to kick start season 19. While we'll be waiting for it to hit the web or air on BBC America a week behind, the great news about the internet is that we can spoil all the fun and suspense.

Well, maybe that's not the greatest news. Anyhow...

Thanks to our European friends, it turns out we've found out what episode one covers. We'll leave that bit for you to explore though because more importantly, we've gotten wind that the all-new Pagani Huayra has set a staggering lap time around the famed Top Gear test track.

It did a 1:13.8.

That's more than a full second faster than the Ariel Atom V8, which did a 1:15.1. Remind yourself that the Ariel is essentially a V8 strapped onto a frame. The Huayra, on the other hand, is a engineering masterpiece and practically a work of art.

We raise our glasses to you, Horacio Pagani. Well done! Well done, indeed.

The Pagani Huayra set a new record on the Top Gear Test Track with a lap time of 1:13.8. The Pagani Huayra record lap aired in Top Gear Season 19 Episode 1. To put it in perspective, the previous fastest lap was held by the Ariel Atom V8 with 1:15.1, followed by the McLaren 12C Coupe and Lamborghini Aventador who lapped the Top Gear circuit in 1:16.2 and 1:16.5.
