This is the very first time that Formula One has seen merchandise like this. Besides the common caps, T-shirts and key-holders, the grand prix team of the Japanese Toyota is vending a skew of high-tech parts from its previous racing cars. Included are carbon fiber wings, brakes and light alloy wheels which can be ordered online at the Toyota F1 website.

Prices range from ?175 to ?4,400 (€200 to €5,000). At the opposite end of the market, there are wheels, brake discs and suspension parts for under ?200. Also for sale are front and rear wing assemblies with price tags between ?700 and ?2,000. And for ?4,400, you can purchase the complete rear wing, hood cover and underbody section.
