with the front of an opel astra and the rear of a bangle bmw, this is just a chunk of car. nothing special short of being busy with so many lines.

I've noticed that red on any German car sans a Guard Red Porsche just looks.... well... weird.

Red would definately be my first choice. Reason: It's flashy.

I think it's to give a recognizable mention of upgrade for consumers. Plus, the 300 number is fairly iconic here in the states. Most of the Mercedes sold here from the mid 70's to mid 90's were "300's" in some fashion. 300D, 300E, 300SEL.....

I don't like the red as it makes this car very tacky. Silver, Black, or White would be best for this car.

The new C looks great (design). I don't care for the red color though.

Why was I de-boosted for complimenting this car, like everyone else, while everyone else was boosted up?

I am liking it. As most of you know, I have a V6 C230 and it is a fun little car which suits my needs and desires. The new C class looks pretty sharp. Can't wait to try one.

If I like it, I am seriously thinking of perhaps getting one. The C300 sounds good.

2.5 V6 C230. I always mention the V6 part because some people might confuse the car with the old C230 Kompressor. I wonder why Mercedes didn't outright just name the C230 "C250"?

WOW no Lexus look-at-mee's. Great looking car. I glad MB changed the bug eye look of the C.

I'm kind of leaning positively towards this car. The front looks like a tamed-down CL while the rear looks like a shortened S-Class. It kind of works the more I look at it.

That is nice!

I thought it was a little dumpy in press photos, but these real shots (finally Autospies has some good content) confirm that this is a seriously handsome car.

SERIOUSLY handsome.
