I know the vid says 09 but it's an 2010 model.

I drove two 2010 Ford Fusions last weekend: the Hybrid and the V6 Sport. Of the two, I think the Hybrid is the better vehicle. Surprisingly refined car.

The thing is even if you do own it 30 years, since it's a hybrid you are going to have to replace the batteries 2 or maybe even 3 times.

001... there's an error in thinking that a hybrid is "doing something good for the environment," as you stated in this video. The production process to make the batteries for all hybrid cars is very un-ecofriendly. Likewise, the disposal and/or recycling of these batteries has not yet been resolved.

Nice rental car. Nothing special. Horrible interior for nearly $32k.

I don't like his comparison between the pricing. You have to compare apples to apples. Full spec gas to full spec hybrid.

Even still, if there hybrid version isn't expensive enough to show a top of the line, than it would crucify the gas version.

I know tons of people that have hybrids by the way, and none complain that they think their hybrid is not on...

I guess noone has every sat in a Camry lately have they..Misaligned panels and cheap plastic abound. Thats ok though cause folks will buy it anyway.

Please note that there is not going to be an IS hybrid, it is called the HS250h. and also please look at the lexus concept vehicles from the past 10 years where this grill has been used. So it was originally a lexus design cue and not Ford's

@NItePhire: True words buddy. I rented a Toyota Yaris and I couldn't beleive that the steering wheel was crooked! The thing is tilted to the left so the fingr tips on my right haned will touch the wheel, but the tips on the lef hand won't. Toyota quality? I think they sold it to Hyundai! LOL.

Toyota is Slipping in Quality, but dont worry guys KIA will be here to help. Lexus quality is slipping, but dont worry guys, Hyundai will be here to help.

People cry about Hyundai/KIA interiors were cheap. They were just only copying off Lexus/Toyota. Look at an Accent Interior and a Yaris Interior, wheres the justification for the Yaris price difference? Also, in some areas the Accent has more soft touch points.

However, if you guys were to take a look at the Genesis Coupe interior, Hyundai execs say that will be the standard interior for all of Hyundais next generation models with the Tuscon, Portico, Tiburon, and Sonata getting it first. Then Accent, Azera, Santa Fe, Elantra, Blue Will Hybrid, and Veracruz.

If you also take a look at the KIA SOULs interior, that will be the standard in all of KIAs next gen cars as well. The Forte, KIA Kee' sports car, Sorrento the New Amanti. Then the Rio, Optima, Sedona, Rondo, and Sportage.

The Prius is the best for now. However, I think it will be the Chinese, Korean manufacturers, as well as Garbage Motors (GM) that will make them more mainstream and affordable. Sure the Chinese have quality concerns but those will get kinked out. The Koreans: Hyundai/KIA, GMDaewooki have been working on B and C segment Hybrids. The KIA SOUL, Rio, and Hyundai Accent will have hybrid options getting 48-52 mpg on US roads within 6-12 months. While the Fit and Yaris hybrids are 5 years away at least.

Either they are 5 years at least away, or Toyota and Honda are lying their asses off and developing them already for a 2011-2012 US sale.

Hyundai/Kia will always be the cheap pieces of $hit they are right now. They exist for one reason, thats so the real automakers will always have someone to make fun of, do yourself a favor and never buy one. I want to see these two sad excuses for car companies and everybody that works for them lose everything. The Soul is the ugliest thing i have ever seen, it is an abomination on wheels, I would rather buy a cheap plasic Honda Element(not saying i would, I personally hate those too, im just trying to make a point.
