I remember the first time I saw a Pagani.
Not only was I struck with a feeling of "What the hell is that?" but I also was so intrigued at this remarkably unique looking vehicle. Then I saw the inside and I knew this was something very special. When I heard that AMG V12 fire up though, I melted. Back then, it was the Zonda.
For 2012, Pagani introduced the long awaited successor to the flagrant and lusted after Zonda. Dubbed the Huayra we knew two things: 1) The name will never be pronounced correct, and 2) It will follow the foot steps of its predecessor.
But after seeing the new Huayra in detail in pictures and videos, it is a significantly more advanced product than the Zonda. With active aerodynamics, the Huayra is practically a living being. The amount of detail and execution of its finishings are second to none. It is a vehicle in a class of its own.
And, likely, you already knew that.
To cap off 2012, which I think will go down as the marque's breakthrough year into the mainstream, it has produced a video that's as gorgeous as its products.

2012 has been a truly great year for Pagani Automobili and for the new Pagani Huayra in particular. The Pagani Huayra was able to win three of the most prestigious awards in Europe.
