As you may have found out by now, BMW recently debuted the Zagato Coupe at this year's Villa d'Este Concours d'Elegance at Lake Como, Italy.

In recent years the vintage show has turned modern with vehicles from a variety of manufacturers debuting futuristic concepts.

This year BMW brought forward a Z4 that was turned into a one-of-a-kind creation by way of a collaboration between BMW and Zagato.

In fact, if you take a close look at some of the design characteristics, you'll notice a likeness to recent Zagatos, like the Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale, or Zagato Aston Martin DBA 1 Coupe.

The Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este will once again host a spectacular world premiere in 2012 and, in so doing, build on its tradition as a gathering of the industry's leading coachbuilders. The premiere in question will see the time-honoured Milanese coachbuilder Zagato team up with BMW to unveil the result of a unique collaboration: the BMW Zagato Coupé.
