When the 2012 Paris Motor Show came around, we weren't sure what to expect from Porsche. If my memory serves me correct, we knew that Porsche would be showing off a new concept and that the all-new Carrera 4 would be present.

Given the brand's transformation over the past decade, you can never be entirely sure what that means.

So when we saw the Panamera Sport Turismo, we were pleasantly surprised. That's because it was a smaller, more tidy and more slick looking Panamera. And, in my opinion, it righted the original Panamera's wrongs in its hind quarters.

The latest speculation has pinned the Sport Turismo as the upcoming Porsche Pajun, which would compete with the likes of the BMW 5-Series, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, et al.
