Though I was tempted to headline this as a "Car Wars" story, I decided not to at the very last minute. That's because this is something that is essentially unheard of.

Now, MINI has introduced an all-new, and updated John Cooper Works GP variant. As of now it is the fastest stock MINI to come out of the factory. As is the case for every other vehicle on the planet, that just doesn't satisfy some.

That, in turn, leads us to a kit car from the U.K. It is a fiberglass bodied original Cooper fitted with the legendary motor from a Suzuki Hayabusa.

Though it's pretty clear to see who will take the checkered flag in this showdown, there's nothing quite like some proper sportsmanship.
