For those of you that are not in the loop regarding General Motors' usage of its Opel/Vauxhall in the states, well, here's your first go around. Newsflash: GM uses those products for inspiration when it comes to selling some autos here in the States.
Take, for example, the Opel/Vauxhall Insignia. It is the Buick Regal. And now that we're seeing updates hit that car abroad, I'd say it's pretty likely we'll see some tweaks to the Buick.
The big changes come in form of cleaner engines. In addition there are some suspension mods that are claimed to provide for better feel, but we'll be the judges of that.
On the front facade you'll note some subtle changes to the grille, which has more prominence. Around the back the vehicle's received a more edgy looking taillight treatment.
Vauxhall has revealed its updated Insignia. The hatchback, saloon and estate range gets more efficient engines and a price cut that ensures it undercuts key rivals. The car will make its debut at the Frankfurt motor show in September.
