Video of F1 vs. M5
This is a great video made in England of a guy in an F1 machine on a track running against an M5. They did it for the obvious comparison and it's pretty mindblowing. Just as interesting is a presentation of the physical training that the F1 drivers go through to stay in racing shape. Cool. Read Article

haha... anyways, no road car can touch an F1 machine... not even a supercar today can keep up with an F1 machine of 10 years ago.

I think that was from the end of the F1 V10 era, 900+bhp 3.5 litre naturally aspirated engines that rev to 20,000rpm. :) :) :) THE best noise any engine makes!!

Boring. What is the point? Yes, I will match an F22 with a Boeing 747 or maybe a naked mole rat with a cheetah. And, the commentary was beyond annoying.

There was a Top Gear they did a few years back w/ the F50 vs a Ferrari F1 car. The F50 held its own. It obv didn't win, but it was on its tail the hole time.
