Volkswagen of America said Monday that the German automaker has had no discussions with the United Auto Workers at its Chattanooga plant "The team members will decide whether we have a union or not," Don Jackson, president of VW's Chattanooga plant, said on the sidelines of the Center for Automotive Research's Management Briefing Seminars.
