It's one thing to live a life with the attitude "shoulda, woulda, coulda," but it's another when something is completely out of reach. Especially when it isn't your own doing.
Take, for example, the multitude of vehicles that do not make their way to the States. While companies like Volkswagen, Audi, General Motors and Ford have begun listening to critics and enthusiasts alike, we still don't see some of the very best products arrive on U.S. shores. Blame it on the "business case."
So, when I saw the first trailer for the all-new Audi RS6 Avant it was a bittersweet thing. It looks like a remarkable product with its matte finish, flamboyant sound and "quattro" labeled front grille. The reality is, however, that I will likely never have the chance to get behind the wheel of the 552-horsepower V8 monster.
And that's kind of a bummer.
If we had to take a snapshot of time right now, that's the ONE vehicle I wish I could get my hands on.
Over the years though, there's been countless others -- some examples:
- BMW M3 GTS (E92)
- BMW M3 CSL (E46)
- Anything by Citroen
- Alfa Romeo Brera
What say you, Spies? What's the ONE unattainable vehicle you WISH YOU could get your hands on?
