Winners and losers are based on the car’s engine size, fuel consumption, noise pollution and safety impact on pedestrians. Toyota Yaris 1.D-4D manual came in third. The survey also including a list of the Top 10 worst cars with Lamborghini Diablo Roadster coming in as the worst.
