Unveiled earlier last week, GM today showed off its new Pontiac Vibe at the 2007 LA Auto Show.
The 2009 Pontiac Vibe packs more power than its predecessors with the base model getting a 1.8 liter DOHC 4-cylinder that produces 132 horsepower. Buyers may opt for the 2.4 liter DOHC engine that produces 158 horsepower. The 2.4 liter engine is standard on the all-wheel-drive GT model.
The 1.8L engine with the standard manual transmission, has a fuel economy estimated at 26 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway.
