There are good cars and bad cars. Compromised cars and cars that are over engineered.

Either way, tuners always find a way to modify, enhance or absolutely destroy a vehicle. The question I have to ask is "are tuners ruining cars?"

Not only are some tunes counterproductive but heinously ugly.

Then there are some tuners, like Novitec Rosso, that provide OEM-looking enhancements while bumping performance appropriately.

But for every good one, it seems there are 10 bad tuners.
