In our day and age it seems that privacy continues to be fleeting. With social networks like Facebook, Twitter and FourSquare continuing to gain significant ground and allow users to post just about anything, everyone's door is open -- so to speak.
Any rational being would argue "Well, they signed up for it," which is true. But, I bet no one would sign up for this.
According to the case of USA v. Juan Pineda-Moreno, the DEA attached a device to the underside of Pineda-Moreno's vehicle and used the evidence against him to convict Pineda-Moreno to a 51-month sentence.
Now, according to a California ruling this is all gravy. Last time I checked there was a saying about two wrongs not making a right?
