Honda announced today that it will recall almost 3,340 2010 model year Accord Crosstour vehicles in order to inspect and potentially replace the front passenger airbag.

Apparently, recent testing to US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) revealed the fact that certain models’ front passenger airbag modules don’t meet one aspect of FMVSS 208 that “requires airbag deployment to be tested using an unbelted six year-old child test dummy in the front seating area”.
