According to Audi AG CEO Rupert Stadler, it appears that the German manufacturer will have a very hard job in order to achieve sales goals for 2011 as the suppliers are still in recovery mode. Same Stadler added that the problem is not only in the United States, but worldwide. “Our suppliers have not withstood the global crisis in 2009 as good as we did.” said Stadler. Moreover, Stadler added that Audi has a 14-day vehicle supply in the United States, instead of the usual 30-day supply.
