For those of you who can never get enough power, good news awaits if you're a fan of Jaguar's XFR. Though it's a part of the internet rumormill, it is possible that this tester you see in these images could be a more powerful XFR-S.

You know, derived from the XKR-S, which Jaguar has been showing off at recent auto shows and races.

Spies on the scene are claiming that the vehicle appears to have a wider stance than the standard XFR and it has a meaner growl. In addition, it is sporting the same wheels as the XKR-S and a roll cage.

With the recent presentation of the redesigned for the 2012 model year XF and XFR, you would think that Jaguar was done with this generation of its premium offering in the mid-size sedan segment.

However, that doesn’t seem to be the case as our scoop photographers captured what at first appears to be a "normal" XFR but a closer looks reveals that this factory prototype is wearing the dark alloy rims of the XKR-S while we can also see a roll cage inside (apparently used for the safety of the test drivers)...
