One thing I've noticed while perusing our gallery from this weekend's Concours d'Elegance, at Pebble Beach, is that there seems to be a bubbling trend: green cars are making an appearance.Pebble Beach, which is really known for its insanely priced exotics and incredibly mint vintage cars isn't known for hybrids or full-on electrics.
