There are some things that you just can't make up.
According to a report stemming from Florida, a car dealer has decided that it will begin accepting trades on anything of value. That includes anything from boats, to jewelery and even a horse. Now when dealers begin accepting trades like it is an episode of Pawn Stars -- great show, by the way -- you have to wonder:
1) Is this a genius move, given the macroeconomic climate? Now it is likely that buyers can find SOMETHING worth a few bucks hidden in their closet...
OR
2) Is it simply a sign of the times. Dealers are desperate and will do what it takes to get customers in the door.
