The Maserati Quattroporte is one of those vehicles that tugs at one's heart. It may not have the best electronics or interior ergonomics but the current-gen product wails at full tilt and makes folks lust with its sensual design.

From what we're hearing so far, the next-gen Quattroporte -- that we've been spotting here and there -- will be growing significantly in size. In addition to that little tid bit, we're speculating it will have some underpinnings of the Chrysler 300C as we've seen the prototype all dolled up with the 300's interior.

What we do know: There will be a couple different variants to choose from: A high-powered V8, which we believe will make between 4-500 horsepower and a V6 good for approximately 300. These figures will align it perfectly to square up with the Porsche Panamera

Thanks to our friends overseas, who have been hard at work creating artist renders based off the vehicle's leaked patent photos, we're getting what we believe is the closest look at the new Quattroporte before the real deal unveils itself.
