President-elect Donald Trump on Thursday evening tweeted that Ford Motor Co. would keep a Lincoln plant in Kentucky, and not move it to Mexico. But the automaker never intended to shutter its Louisville Assembly Plant, though it had planned to send production of the Lincoln MKC to Mexico by the end of 2019.
