Yes, that’s 7 minutes and 22.8 seconds or 5 seconds faster than the Pagani Zonda F Clubsport (7:22.82)! The car that managed to shame the Zonda is a 2003 BMW M3 CSL fine tuned by the owner Anders Fransson while the driver was Swedish racing star Richard Göransson. Dubbed “Loaded”, the M3 CSL is equipped with a Vortech watercooled supercharger that sends 532.7 HP to the rear-wheels.

It doesn't really matter if it's official or not. This isn't a record setting time. There are quite a few cars ahead of it on the list of road cars. The Zonda set a record because it is a production car. This seems to be quite obviously a one off.
