The whole process was quick and easy. The only observation I will share is that the finance guy missed a few items on my lease paperwork and did not provide copies of all ppwk as orignally stated. He conveniently met me at my place of work to fix/complete the ppwk and all seems to be ok, even though ALLY sent me a notice acknowlegding some (addtional ?) gaps that they fixed on their end. Since I was encouraging a very FAST experience, I am comfortable with the minor errors, appreciate the recovery and therefore wont dock the overall experience.
Very unprofessional. We went to look at a car was quoted a certain price with a printout from them. 2 wks later go back with the printout and now they dont want to honor the price I was quoted even with the paperwork from them in my hand. We can afford anything on their lot however the principle of the whole thing is never gonna let us spend a dollar at this lot. They say come down with the paperwork they will honor the price they quoted and now today its a different story. BAD BAD BUSINESS! Our cash we were ready to give them today is gonna be put in someone elses hand. We are ready to buy but not from them!!!!!
