Took me 3-4 days of phone calls to schedule a state inspection and delivery cleaning they owed me. When I eventually arrived at the scheduled time it turned out they did not even put anything into the system so they made me wait in the waiting room until they figure everything out and find me a loaner.
Additionally I had a pretty noticeable vibration (new car with 200-300 miles on it). Asked them to look at it and mentioned the tires pressure is way to higher then it has to be and different on each wheel. They said they'll take care.. But they did not. The pressure was exactly the same as before and the vibration was still there (even rear view mirrors were vibrating). And the exterior cleaning... rain does better job! I still had the glue from the stickers all over the windows, hood and trunk.
I'm still waiting for the deposit (minus first payment) to be returned to my credit card. Have been calling them for like 2 weeks on this issue and spoke to 3 different people. Everybody promised to call back but nobody never did. So I just opened a dispute with my bank.
Staff is friendly, pricing is not bad.. but the service looks like nobody cares On 9/1/2015 2:56:25 PM email@example.com wrote:
Was looking for a used Infiniti QX, saw online that they had one available. Internet sales person emailed us Sat morning and told us to come in. Well, we decided to go to the dealership only to find out the vehicle was not there, instead it was on vacation with the sales manager for the next week. I have never heard of a manager taking an advertised vehicle on a vacation for over a week. And it was the only one they had. Wasted trip and not even an apology or an excuse....looked around found others. We still wanted to see this vehicle (which was priced higher than any others around). When it came back, we got a call saying if we wanted to we could come by. Again, no apologies for wasting our time and not having the advertised vehicle available. Vehicle was nice, needed brakes. I had a trade in, which I looked up KBB price and the salesperson did also, we came up with around the same figures. Manager low balled and offered thousands less than KBB. Was not interested in any negotiations and let us walk out the door, never heard from them again. Vehicle is still for sale.
