When getting my vehicle back Paul goes over the entire set of paperwork as to the work performed and the cost involved. I call this "doing the right thing to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
Paul is very approachable and makes me feel like I am the most important customer the company has. His knowledge of the vehicles and his brilliant art work allows him to sketch or explain any issue I've had or that could arise as a result of my questions. And above all, he thanks me for bringing my car in to the dealership for service.
Land Rover Flatirons has a free vehicle loaner program as well so I don't have to rely on finding alternative transportation. I'm only asked that I return the vehicle with the same amount of gas in the tank. This allows me to experience other LR vehicles that I do not own and might not ever even test drive. Additionally, when getting my vehicle back it is always cleaner than when I dropped it off.
