She was friendly, answers calls and emails and always accomodating. Most of the employees at McGrath are welcoming and friendly. When we wanted a new Lexus we came back to McGrath and asked for Julie. Tony was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. Rich is always accomodating in service and treats us good and always has a loaner for us. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain the functions of the vehicle with patience and friendliness. Mr. Bell made the transaction go as quickly as possible. There was another female salesperson (who I can not remember her name think she had blode hair) that also helped us on a day we came in even though Julie was our salesperson, she still took time with us to answer our questions. I would recommend this pareticular McGrath dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
