Mark excused himself for a minute. When he returned, he told us he had a 2007 Mini S convertible coming in Monday on a trade. It had automatic, tons of extras, was low mileage and we'd have to see it to believe it.
We got a call Monday around noon from Mark advising us the car was in. Off we went. Drove the car, came back and made an offer. Mark checked with Matt and came back with an offer that split the difference.
I still call it fate, but since last July, "Cooper" has become my all-time favorite car. At the age of 69, I've owned dozens of new and used cars. THE MINI ROCKS! So does Mark and Mini of St. Louis.

Once the order was placed, he continued to follow up with me from start to finish (and even helped me to make a few changes along the way).
Matt McMillin, the sales manager at Mini STL, has always been extremely helpful and friendly - really going the extra mile to make sure I've been taken care of. From loaners to custom orders and requests, I doubt you can find a better sales manager out there than Matt!
Also, as of last month, they have their new showroom open - it's FAR better than the little crammed space they used to have in Clayton. If you haven't been out to the new building, you really should take a trip - it's pretty cool.
And I know... by this point, it kind of sounds like an advertisement, but I can assure you that it's just an actual representation my experiences.
Mark and Matt have always ensured that I am completely satisfied with my purchases, and I would not hesitate to send friends and family to them and to the MINI brand in general.
