Marquise is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and not the least bit pushy. He took the time to explain everything to me and made what is normally a very stressful process (for me) very comfortable. Additionally, he followed up on a few questions I had. I bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Amherst St, Nashua on Saturday. My salesperson was flown in from Florida for the weekend along with 3 or 4 other employees. I mentioned many times that I did not need the vehicle that day and could come back anytime during the week.The vehicle was a trade-in earlier that week and was not even cleaned yet. After being told for 31/2 hours that the car was almost ready and completed all the finance paperwork I was then giving the keys and told to "call the manager Tony on Monday morning to schedule a time for the vehicle to come back in for the service to be completed".
I never heard from Tony after leaving him 2 voicemails and calling 6 times on Monday. My last call of the day I believe I spoke to Adam who got a hold of Chris (another manager). He assured me that Chris was scheduling the vehicle for maintenance for Tuesday morning.
Arriving Tuesday morning service new nothing. Dennis the service manager assured me to leave the vehicle and him or Chris would be calling me during the day. Tuesday came and went, No call all day from anyone.
I started the entire process all over again on Wednesday. With having no progress on the 3 tiny detailing items that needed to be completed and it's now Friday I got the General Manager Michael Frassica involved. I was told by him that everything my Florida salesperson told me was not going to be done and to come pick up my vehicle. Michael defends the HORRIFIC customer service ordeal to the fullest.
