By far the most professional and pleasant dealership I have dealt with- from sales to service to the receptionists. Usually dealing with dealers has a lot of snags or annoying aspects to it. Here there was nothing that was inconvenient. From the purchase of the car right through the service appointment. Everything was handled as if I was the only customer. They were extremely flexible and made sure they took care of things based on my schedule, not what they had open- they made sure they fit me in as needed. Clearly you are spending a lot of money on these cars, but it was very nice to be treated accordingly and unlike any other dealership i have dealt with in the past.

My buying experience was worthy the car I ended up leasing. From accommodating my very short notice request for a test drive to responding to my follow up in queries to the final negotiations Patrizio was a pleasure to deal with: responsive but not pushy, assertive but not aggressive, courteous and knowledgeable.

The lease rate was quite reasonable and exactly as advertised. Another dealer who should remain anonymous tried to convince me that the lease terms were too good to be true but true they were.

And of course the car itself, Cayman S, is an eye candy and an engineering marvel. Still feels like an event every time I'm behind the wheel...
