Then, because the title didn't come in when they expected, they tried to make me eat the $120 of interest accrued on my loan payoff. Umm no. Last, but not least, after having the vehicle 6 months, I realized my certified vehicle paperwork had not come to me. I contacted Subaru and found out that the dealership never submitted it. It took Subaru corporation many weeks to get the dealership to respond and submit the information needed to finally send me the certification. Never again Haddad...never again.
