Although both Jeff and Matt were anxious to sell me a car I never felt pressured as they both just simply answered my questions and fielded any concerns with what I felt were honest answers. I never felt like my husband and I had to play "good cop, bad cop" to make the deal happen nor did they play the "good copy, bad cop" routine either.
