I asked what was on that list she started going through it. I told her specific parts that I did not desire to have done. Also a register to my right and Angels left and within two steps of my position had a fairly tall red haired man attending it during the conversation. I called the Service Manager, Mike Baldwin, and complained about the oil charges. Since I am working in Sheridan and living in Gillette, my copy of the bill was at home. I didn't know when I talked to Mike that they had also done the coolant flush and change against my request. I learned that by calling my wife and having her review the bill. In any case Mike straight faced told me that he had talked to each of the people and none of them remembered be saying that my oil was recently changed. He also claimed to be standing there during the conversation too, but I was there and he was not - yes I am calling him the liar that he is. He may have been in his nearby office but he was not standing there when I dealt with Angel. In any case I am certain at least one of them recalls the conversation. Mike offered to do a complimentary oil change for me at my next oil change. I let him know I don't use the oil product he put into the vehicle and I don't have his shop change my oil. I had not mentioned the coolant, so I don't know where he would have slithered to with that. I told him I wanted the oil change cost credited to my card. He said he could not do that. I informed him that I would never buy another Toyota. (The liar had me totally pissed off so I misspoke). What I meant was that I will never buy a vehicle from Fremont Motors as a result. It is the principle of the matter. The man sat there, then stood there and lied to me straight faced. I will also influence my father Jack not to purchase anything from Fremont again. He has purchased several vehicles from Fremont Motors of Sheridan. I also took the oil change sticker off of my front window and showed it to Mike so he could see that the vehicle had under 1,000 miles on the oil when his service department changed it.
