The CDI is one amazing engine. Hope MB will offer it in more cars in the US. exept california and NY vermont and another 2 that have rejected the MB diesel engine as not being clean. That is BS.

Jovi- Benz Insider is critical as well. I think they are pretty bias when it comes to things in general.

You guys, come on. It is a Benz oriented website, so of course there is going to be a bit of bias, but what I have seen so far, it also praises other cars in areas they are good. Just look at the review the couple of days, they were at least 3 or more, and for some reason all of the were won by Mercedes. It is no because website are biased, but because Mercedes is a great car. According to you guys it is Benzinsider.com can somehow influence what Autobild has to say.

The test was conducted by Autobild. Benzinsder is merely hosting it and thankfully has the details in English, not German.

chewy, 35 mpg is in european gallons.
its like 28 US mpg.

No I used US gallons in my calculations, those diesels would get about 35 mpg on the highway, and about 25 in the city.
