MY 3 Year Experience With The 2004 BMW 530i
It had been 3 joyful years with the 2004 BMW 530i. My lease was up 3 weeks ago, and I miss the car already. The driving experiance, and the pride of ownership was like no other.

Many complain about the e60's styling, but I found it beautiful from the very start. The agressive front facia and flowing lines made the car have presence. It definately stood out from traffic. The interior was also a pleasure to be in, although iDrive took a while to master. But the main reason I leased this car was the driving experiance. I was hooked after the first test drive. The car makes one feel as if they are one with the car. The handling is, without a doubt, best in class.

My 530i had some electrical gremlins after 62,000 miles (2 months ago), but a quick trip to the dealership solved my issues. Other than that and a problem with the NAV/IDRIVE not working, the car was problem free.

I would highly recommend this car to anyone looking for a midsized luxury sedan. It is the perfect combination of sport and luxury. Everything that one would expect from a BMW.

Now to replace my 5 series, I am thinking of leasing the new X5,ML, or Q7. (The ML leases are a lot cheaper than audi and BMW.) Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you cawimmer430.
It helped a lot.

and 1995e34,

I need an SUV for the family.
However, I may consider a wagon.

i've never seen such a great pick of wagons as is out right now. big wagons, little wagons, awd, fwd, rwd, stikshift, automatic, dsg...

i don't know if you just want something different, but the 5 wagon is quite nice, as well i like the scoobie legacy wagon. my friend is in the same situation. he wants the luxuries of a nice car, but some more utility. and wagons are so much cooler now than when clark grizwald drove his.
