Beginning in April 2011, owners of Infiniti vehicles can post their comments – live – on its website Infinitiusa.com. For a year, Infiniti has been uploading customer reviews, after its gatekeepers reviewed them. Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan Motors, will still block inappropriate language and prevent posters from venting personal grievances about dealers or airing irrelevant matters. Otherwise, customers will be free to say what they feel about their Infinitis. Kyle Bazemore, Infiniti spokesman, said the company is “confident” about its cars. However, he admits that things can go wrong like typos and spelling errors and the company policy is not to edit the postings.
