I initially contacted the dealer through the internet. David handled the inquiry and was very responsive from the start. He answered my questions and set an appointment for me to test drive the car. When I visited the dealership two days later to test drive the car (RDX) we had a informative discussion about the model and what to expect. I indicated that I was also considering a sedan but the RDX may provide more flexibility. We have owned two Honda CRV's previously so we know the basic small SUV market and benefits pretty well. After taking a test ride I realized quickly the RDX was not the right car for me. We then discussed the sedan options and based on our needs looked at the 2010 TSX. After a test drive it was clear this may be the right fit for me. We looked at the inventory and the actual car I was interested in was available. I took it for a ride to make sure my prior test drive was not a fluke and also be sure this car had no obvious issues. I was pleased. After that we spent some time getting to the right price and financing needs. David was able to get dealership financing to match my credit union special offer and set me4 up with the finance group to complete the deal. I was away on business travel for the next 4 days but when I returned David worked with me to arrange for pick-up. He actually met me at the local train station to shuttle me to the dealership to pick up the car. Once we arrived I met with Fred from the Finance Department. He informed me he was actually able to get me an additional .25% off of my interest rate. All the paperwork was in order and within 30 minutes I was out the door in my new TSX. Thanks David and Fred for a job well done. Acura of Ramsey is on my list of places to go back to!!!
