Well, within days I had another question and called the salesman. No answer. I left a msg. No response. Next day I called his cell phone. Guess what, no answer and no response from the message I left. I tell you it's been a month. He never did call me back. Lol.
Now, I am the owner of a small business. These are tougher times. I only know to treat my customers like gold. There is other companies they can go to. So I take it personal when I receive such crusty service. I want to speak to managers or owners and let them know about the terrible service.
I drove back to the dealer, ( hey, I said I was determined) and insisted on speaking to a manager. The manager was lovely and acted like he was as concerned as me about the whole phone thing. He hooked me up with a different salesman. Dan Rykiel. Dan gave me his card with direct number and cell phone also. Guess what? Dan actually answers his phones. Or the time or two I had to leave a message, he got back to me quick. I was satisfied enough, I purchased my 2015 X3 off Dan and enjoyed dealing with him.
