It was a very pleasant experience, both Craig and Larry were very accomodating and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Went out of their way to be there so we could pick up our vehicle. The hours for the dealership are fantastic as it allowed us to come in after our hectic work schedules to finalized the transaction. Return calls were prompt and courteous.
Purchased a 2008 chevy impala on 2/05/10 at the time part of the deal was to pay for the installation of a handicapped pedal for my wife. On 2/12 I had the pedal installed and on 2/13/10 I delivered the paid invoice to Justin Scheidt and he told me it would be ready the next week. When I went there on 2/19/10 he told me it wasn't ready, but he was supposed to get it on 2/22/10.He also told me that he would have it delivered by a porter to my home. I called on 2/2210 about 3:45 P.m. and he wasn't there and nobody knew about the check. I am satisfied with the car but a number of items were not done to the car that should have been when selling a used car. They are as follows; 1.Oil change; had to make a special trip to get this done. 2.Air pressure in all the tires were either way low or way high. 3.Basic fluids,windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, anti freeze, and transmission fluid were all very low or in the case of the windsheild fluid empty.I made three extra trips out to center garage and still do not have all the issues resolved . At the present time I feel I can not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. All their talk about giving good service is just a sham and I feel they are just like other dealerships, especially Thomas Dodge, just out to sell you a car and all the supposed extras are just a lot of bs.
