Arnold Garcia has been fantastic! I owned a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport for the past year and a half. The moment I drove the car off the showroom floor I new that I had made a mistake. I wanted the ABARTH!!!!!!!! I have been following the market since and Criswell has the best prices in the East Coast. I drove 3 1/2 hours from New Jersey to purchase my new car. Arnold gave me the best price around. I called other dealerships in my area and they were not able to match the price for "REAL" . They told me that I could be approximently $10 per month lower, but that was with a higher credit score than I have. Bottom line ARNOLD IS YOUR MAN! For anyone reading this review, BUY THE ABARTH!!!!!!!!!!! It is the only car that makes sense. Much success Arnold and keep the passion!

I am a pretty responsible shopper and do plenty of research before making any big purchase. I ran across Heritage Fiat's great scores on Google, Edmunds, etc. but was a little worried when I saw the last few experiences weren't getting top scores here on DealerRater. I decided to go with the majority opinion that these guys are going to be professional, courteous, and get me good pricing - not to mention a good friend of mine purchased his 500L there last year - and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Amy and Chris on two separate occasions. I visited 2 other Fiat stores within an hour of my home in Baltimore and I can't say the feeling was mutual. Whereas everyone knew about Fiats, I was hassled with high pressure techniques at one (will leave out their name) and when I mentioned I wanted to think about the purchase at the other, I was cast off and ignored. In the end, my instincts were right and Heritage was full of friendly, down to earth, non-sales types - yet I felt compelled to buy there and do right by them. While no one pushed me into a corner, I think Heritage and a handful of other stores I've visited over the last 4-5 years are the ones that get "it." "It" meaning that the customer demands a higher level of integrity nowadays, and an even better price. I got both in accordance with Chris' professionalism and product knowledge, and again with Amy, who owns a Fiat herself, and liked the store so much when she bought it, she left her job and joined their staff a few weeks later. I wouldn't write this, or heck even remember these salespeople unless they made a lasting impression. Because of them I am the proud and ultimately happy owner of a mean new white Abarth convertible ...and every morning it's waking up the neighbors! Thanks!
