Update 11/27/2006 - Norco Auto Group Incorporated (Pottstown, PA) did the required catalytic converter replacement hassle-free. Too bad I had to take my car so far from home, but the service was worth it.

I will never return to Triboro for service after the way I was treated. I find it difficult to trust dealerships in general because of this type of decietment. I will take my JEEP and ISUZU elsewhere, and steer everyone I know away from Triboro.
