Buying a car can be stressful especially if it is your first purchase of a new car as it was for me. There was a sales manager, I believe by the name of Anthony, who came over at one point the first day I met with Valerie and was very rude and belligerent towards me when I was discussing the options in terms of payment. At one point, Anthony became even more hostile towards me when I would not commit on the first day after I just asked for 48 hours to review my finances and make sure I was staying within my budget as he said I should know my budget off the top of my head. Had it not been for Valerie, Tyrell, and Chris intervening I would not have returned on Monday to purchase the car but their great customer service and the fact that I wanted the car I picked out is why I returned on Monday. I will gladly recommend Kia to other people including my coworker who is shopping for a new car also as long as they do not have any interactions with Anthony which I have expressed to Valerie Bellini.
