First red flag was that i emailed them through the cadillac website and their website and no one answered which is weird in a business that kilsl for leads.
i tried to negotiate and the sales associated was nice and understanding while the sales manager did not come to try to close the deal and went to the door to use his judgement buy looking and overhearing and they let me walk out of the door without really trying
I have worked as a sales person and interned as a sales management before earning my MBA and was surprised that they let me walk without even trying.
Will leave tomorrow to NYC buy the car their and fax them the contract
My parents service their DTS their and they are not a big fan either
