In 2012, we did an inquiry online and had an answer within 30 minutes. Rick met with us when it was convenient for us based on our commuter schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle, which was refreshing! He laid out all of our finance options, gave his personal opinion, which was best for us and not necessarily wheeling and dealing to make the most money for the company. When we made the decision to buy, he went over all of the details of the vehicle and explained everything. At the very end, Rick gave us his personal number in case any questions came up or we had any issues. I had never seen that kind of customer service, especially from a car dealership. Typically, once they have the sale, you never hear from them again.

In 2013, when we identified the need for another vehicle, there was no question where we would buy from. This time around, we had a similar experience. If we buy a vehicle next year (God forbid!), we would go to Frederick Motor Company, hands down. For as long as we live in this area, Frederick Motor Company will be the only dealership to get our business. We would recommend this dealership, and especially Rick, to anyone - friends, family and strangers, alike.
